The Global Emerson: A Cross-Border Genealogy of Transcendentalism (1820-1890) and its Intellectual Legacy

My research focuses on global intellectual history in nineteenth century New England. In particular, I am interested in the connections between Indo-European philosophies and Emersonian transcendentalism.
